"My girlfriend booked months in advance for her best friends bachelorette party, they all woke up early to get out to the class and no teacher showed up, locked doors. When they finally got ahold of someone an hour later all that was offered was a discount on a future class. Owner stated that the instructor had a "family emergency". Things like this do happen but did that family emergency happen right when the instructor was supposed to be there? No communication and forcing your customers to track you down and wait around in a parking lot for an hour wondering if they will have a class let alone get their money back is no way to run a business."
"We had the most amazing experience from scheduling all the way till our private class. I scheduled this as a surprise for a bachelorette party! We did a chair/ twerk class and had the most amazing instructor. She specially curated our class to the song we specified and was amazing about going at whatever pace we needed as well as had such an amazing attitude!
