"A nice updated Y. Unfortunately, they do not offer day passes! I’ve been to many Y’s and this was the first time I haven’t been able to get a day pass. It was a bummer since it looked so nice!"
"the gym not bad and there personal training ain't bad at all everything is just in the gym nbs"
"As far as Y's go, this one is quite good. It has a modest aquatic center, a dedicated floor for gym and aerobics, a running track on the top floor, overlooking basketball courts. The courts are usually busy. The gym has a lot of equipment, including a room for nautilus machines. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They made me feel welcome on day one. Best to find a time during the day that works for you, as they can get busy after school and work."
"the gym has little equipment for the number of registered students. In addition to people after finishing the exercises, they are seated on the equipment looking at the cell phone. Another point is the stench of people's sweat odor. They should shower at least once a day"
"This YMCA gives the Y a bad name. Tons of bullying goes on in their after-school and summer programs! My son had to tell me about being physically assaulted before the staff did once I addressed it. Only then when I asked the staff to hold the child accountable in accordance with their handbook which states that physical assault will result in 1 day minimum suspension from the program did they actually act on it. Staff seems under qualified, or perhaps they just don’t care about the children that attend. Summer camp consists of sitting in the gym all day with numerous other kids while they play on the electronics they brought from home. No structure, and just a huge disappointment when compared to nearly any other YMCA."
