"This is the best kept secret in Haverhill, MA. I had the Reiki done by Nicole and was amazed how relaxed I was after and the heat that came from her hands to myself. I was skeptical at first but as the day wore on I realized how much more alive and energized I was. My husband actually fell asleep during the session. If you have never had it done I would not hesitate to say try it. Nicole explained what she was doing every step of the way and her touch soothed the tension in my head, neck and shoulders. My husband and I both had Massages done by Kelly. We both agreed that this was the best massage we have ever had. She is amazing. Getting into those areas that need to be worked on but with a gentle yet firm hand. We both walked away feeling so relaxed. We cannot say enough good things about her and the massages. This will definitely not be our last time there. We are now looking at packages so we can attend on a regular basis. By all means try it you will definitely be so pleased and satisfied with your treatment."

"Amazing!! Very clean and inviting facility with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Yoga is great and they offer a variety of classes for all levels. The salt room was new to me, I found it to be very relaxing and it helped with my asthma. They also sell some fabulous products, I got some facial cleaner, which makes my skin feel amazing, and some candles that smell insanely delicious. I’ll definitely be going back to try the infrared Sauna and massages next!"
