"Sitting here in line praying they open another register as the line continues to grow all the way back to the entrance doors. 3 registers open with nearly 50 people in line is ridiculous when there are other employees in the store."
"wish the store was organized and picked up more often but still love it here. Can't beat the prices"
"Plenty of staff on the phone.. even watched me take pics .. I had to the packages were all taped up like from a yard sale and used... I asked managers why do many cashier's on phone but not cleaning up the trap alley that a shopper has no x choice but to go thru to get check out... Zoom in I had to show my daughter in law where I purchased from."
"I shop here multiple times a week and I know that the cashier should be asking for the phone number so I can get an email receipt but most times I have to remind them which is fine but this cashier tonight told me that I have to put it after I pay with my card and the transaction is complete, what sense does that make? I didn’t make a big deal and knew he was lying. Also, if there’s a line of customers and two registers open , yall should call the customers to ring them up instead of having us wait for 7 minutes while you finish your conversations and the lines are building. Half of the time, the employees there are careless, rude and the customer service LACKS here. Where is the management? I understand that it’s a run down place with okayish sales but the customers come for the sales and you should at least fake a smile or be polite. To the Hispanic cashier with light skin and medium dark brown/light black hair there’s no need to lie to the customer about sending an email receipt especially after I spent $100. Do your job. I hope a manager or someone reads this because the customer service here is TERRIBLE. Clueless rude employees, doesn’t care about the customers, aren’t helpful and I understand that it’s a retail job and no one wants to work retail but just act like you care. I’ll be filing up a complaint with corporate, returning all of my items and never shop here again."
"At first I was looking forward to going to the store, but as I walked in and looked around.. I found it very disappointing to incurring. dirty and disorganized, items just put anywhere, thrown on floor and all over. customers are so rude and incareing. this store and Haverhill residents that do this should be ashamed of themselves. here I have included 2pic of many other spots of disray.."
