"Ordered embroidery on 2 shirts(provided) and 3 hats embroidered in 9/2021. Picked up hats 6/2022. Had to beg for shirts and met with lame excuses of can't get thread to being sick and catching illness from family member that is impossible to catch. Calls avoided and voicemails unanswered. When it came to threats, only then did I get the hats only to be told that we only ordered 2. Conveniently, owner did not provide an order slip when order was placed...thought this was a stand up business so I was not concerned until she decided to only give me the 2 hats! A small price to pay to get a portion of our product. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Should have gone to Lids and had them in an hour rather than wait 9 months pay for a hat and not get what I paid for. You would think that after waiting for 3/4 of year shhe would have thrown in an extra hat instead of shorting us one....NEVER GOING BACK. If I could give no star I would."
"Great service!! I embroider but was having a few issues with both the design & my machine. I promised my son (who lives in Haverhill) to embroider an initial on a gift for a friend of his. Panic was setting in as the deadline was fast approaching.( I live in No. Carolina.) I Googled embroiderers in his area & Lilia answered my call. I was able to get the garment to her & she set up the initial exactly as needed & got the garment done a few days before it was needed!! Thank you to Leisure Line!!"
