"Training with Rome has changed my life for the better. I'm eating consciously, my arms look amazing, my butt is lifting, and my legs are getting tighter by the training session. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his work and helping his clients see results. Rome listens to your goals and trains you accordingly, no cookie cutter workouts over here. I hate cardio, but Rome finds a way to include cardio in our sessions that aren't long and boring.
