"I absolutely love this gym. It's truly a different experience and atmosphere than most places, and it's a very different business model. For those who haven't checked it out, you really should! I call it "gym for dummies" (like the books), the trainers walk you through the machines if you are new, they give you a folder with you weights, reps, and tasks to complete for each day you come in. Every time I go in, it feels like I get a one on one trainer experience (at a fraction of the cost of a real trainer). Their nutrition plan has actually worked for me and the food is reasonably priced and the best tasting I've ever had. All of this has helped me go from a size 12 to a size 7. I'm an honest customer on my way to the gym (on a sat morn @ 7am) thanks to Mia, Justin, Chris, Jason, Keith, Derrick, Katie, and all the other great motivating trainers there!"
