"I recently had a hip replacement but prior to the procedure I started going back to Easton Fitness to do what I could to assist in my post-surgery rehab. While at the gym I was introduced to Kristen from ALIGNED who happened to be at Easton Fitness when I was working out. After talking with Kristen, I signed up for approximately 10 Mobility Therapeutic sessions, again to assist in my post-surgery rehab, which was my goal. Kristen took the time to explain everything! "I give Kristen my highest recommendation! I began working with her due to pain in my SI joint and forward-head posture. She has helped me tremendously with both in only a few short months. When I started with her, she listened carefully to my explanation of my issues, and she continues to actively listen. She is extremely knowledgeable about how each part of the body works together and introduces new stretches/movements at each session to address both of my issues. She is very careful about how a stretch or movement is affecting me in terms of pain or discomfort and modifies as needed. "I was in significant discomfort from a bulging disk at L5/S1 when I first went to Kristen for treatment and coaching. Her treatment has focused on improving flexibility and increasing core strength. The coaching has been directed towards what stretching and strength work I’m doing outside of Aligned while also building my mind/body connection skills.
