"For the price I may have never seen a better gym. Fresh new equipment, friendly and receptive staff. The benches are personally the perfect height allowing me to only need to lift the bar by like an inch and ended up giving me a extra rep in the tank. Kyle the manager and Jay a trainer there were both very nice and receptive to feedback. I asked for a chest supported t-bar row and they showed me it was already on the list and on order. No sauna though but they have a partnership with sweathouz I havent explored yet."
