"Massage Chi is a all encompassing health center. Not only can you get great spa services and wonderful massages, but the fitness aspect is like no other. Tae and Deanna have an amazing group of dedicated staff who make you feel like family when you go. The fitness aspect of Massage Chi is one of no nonsense and results. The gym is forever growing to fit the demand and the classes will challenge you to be your best. It has been my support system for over 3 years and I can say enough positive things. "Unfortunately, this place is not very accommodating to exceptional medical circumstances. I called to inquire about an appointment because I had a rough stay at the hospital and couldn't go so far from home to my usual massage artist. So, I asked about their cancellation policy. The person I was speaking to responded with veiled irritation when I said my condition may unpredictably or suddenly make me unable to comply with their cancellation policy. I'm disabled and, right now, these would be very obviously extenuating circumstances. Basically, this place is ableist and is not a massage "therapy" place. It's a luxury for the privileged. If that's who you are, they get good reviews and it's probably fine. Seems fancy. But if you're really in need, don't bother. Because talking to the person I spoke to was like being thrown out of a refined establishment because your shoes don't match your shirt."
