The climate of the studio is welcoming, warm and friendly. The owner Susan is very knowledgeable about health and fitness as are all the instructors. Susan makes sure each member is treated as an individual with attention and modifications as needed. All classes are always different , safe and challenging. The size of the classes are small so each member can work at their own level. There are a variety of classes offered including Stott’s Reformer Pilates, various other Pilates classes, Yoga Barre and TRX.
