My medical records were forwarded in early March, 2023, and I scheduled an appointment for late May. Interesting that one can only communicate with this practice by fax or telephone. They do not communicate via email "because it's not encrypted". Huh? I arrived at my 12:30 pm appointment 30 minutes early, and walked out of the office at 1:15 pm not having been seen. Not a word of apology or explanation. The doctor was "running late", as the receptionist told me when I reminded them that the copay charge had to be reversed. If this is the amount of caring this physician has for his patients, a total disregard of anyone's time other than his own, I wonder what his medical care is like?"
