Welcome to Dr. Jeffrey E. Harris, MD, your trusted health care provider located at 42 Park Place, Pawtucket, Rhode Island. As a federally qualified Patient Centered Medical Home, we proudly serve the communities of Pawtucket and Central Falls with a comprehensive range of affordable health services. Our culturally diverse health center is dedicated to offering exceptional care in Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as Dental, Optometry, and Behavioral Health Services.

Our mission is to deliver the highest quality health care at the lowest possible cost to our community. We prioritize patient safety by screening for COVID-19 symptoms, and we require masks for individuals exhibiting any upper respiratory symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, congestion, runny nose, fever, or sore throat.

We are currently accepting new primary care patients for all services. For those in need of immediate care, our Express Health service in Central Falls offers walk-in, same-day sick appointments for new patients. Additionally, we support all income-eligible children under 19 in Rhode Island by facilitating enrollment in RIte Care (Medicaid) health insurance, which provides comprehensive coverage without affecting immigration status.
