"For some reason when changing my oil someone decided to use an impact to put the oil pan drain and stripped and over tight it. Ended having to go to another place to get it removed inspected and then service. Will not reconnect it as a service place."

"My husband purchased a truck from these guys based on my and my family’s recommendation. After owning the truck for less than a year, it started making this horrible knocking sound from the engine. After finally getting a response, he dropped the truck off with them where they had it for a month. He called numerous times and could not get a call back. After I called to speak to the salesman that my family knows personally, we got a response that they fixed the truck and he could pick it up. Immediately after starting the truck he realized that the issue had not been fixed AND he found a dent and scratch at the hood of the truck caused by the dealership. The engine cover was also scratched. We had no choice but to keep the truck at that point because we were leaving that week for our wedding and then honeymoon. He has attempted over and over to call and they will not even answer the phone to him. I was advised that they have caller ID and can only assume that they are ignoring his calls. We have been nothing but kind and patient with this dealership and now we have no choice but to pursue further action on this them since they don’t have the courtesy to respond to our calls. I would never recommend them to anyone else."

"Eric at Bennett Chevy was my savior when my transmission went out on i95, 4 miles from the service dept on a Friday afternoon. I was traveling from NC alone with my daughter and still had 4 hours to get to my Mom in Florida. As I was crying on the side of the road, he calmed me down and told me who I needed to call for rental car and got the transmission guy to come in and confirm and by Monday afternoon, they had a brand new Transmission in my Suburban. I will be forever thankful for Eric and the Bennett service dept for taking such good care of my daughter and I. I can not even write a review as nice is how they treated me. 5 STARS"

"I have no doubt repair service is good, but when a vehicle goes in for a check to see what is wrong with it, it should at least come out without more damage! This has happened twice in the past few years! Enough said, will never use this place for repairs, they do not stand up for their mistakes nor repair them."

"Oil Change make an appointment. Wate or drop off,If they find a problem, They let you decide whether they fix the problem or take it some place else.Check prices there in line with oem parts.Very Happy with there service."
