"Just like everyone else looking for help, i went to the career center for some direction. It was a complete embarrassment. Yes i have a strong accent and you may need to take the time to stop and listen. i didn't get very far as you can tell. I don't struggle with English i struggle with finding people who say they can help but instead belittle you in front of other people. still i stuck it out. i still needed help. i was brought to a computer by a woman who said that she didn't know why i was looking for a job. especially if i didn't know how to turn on a computer. i do know how to turn on a computer but clearly she didn't. i was just waiting for the computer to boot up. when i said that she told me that clearly i didn't need help and walked away. I got so much more help for the ladies from the Taunton library. Never again will i go back there. they need to be shut down instead of collecting a free check because they don't want to work. In fact maybe they need to revamp the place and hire some of the people who are looking to work."
