"Warning: If you are not white or you don’t have a white name and have an accent DO NOT COME HERE. The lady at the front desk has been mocking me when I speak and says she can’t understand me and raises her voice at me. I even tried to spell stuff out for her and she rudely said “I don’t understand, I don’t understand.” And keep in mind this is not my first interaction with this lady. She gave the same disrespectful attitude over the phone and to my son with an ethnic name making fun of it. So during my interaction with the rude office lady today, there was a bystander who even told the staff how she was belittling me and disrespecting me, so it wasn’t just me with this experience. As for the doctor, at the end of the visit he briefly mentioned what had happened between me and the office lady (name I can’t recall) he quickly said “we treat everybody here the same” and I tried to explain to him the situation and he completely brushed it off immediately and tried to make me sound like I was crazy. He brushed me off and said “we are a very busy office” and then proceeded to leave with ignoring the situation. When I left I was laughing to myself wondering why did I come to a horrible office where the staff are psycho, ignorant, rude, and racist."
