I didn't have any experience with them prior and she talked me through maintenance and care as well as the different types of lashes and styles that would frame my face best. I get a lot of compliments on my lashes and they do last a long time as well. She is also incredibly accommodating to my schedule which I know is hard for her as she is always busy as well.
