"Overall, Allstate was not a bad insurance company with a great app. Vi was very helpful in setting up my account. A year later I signed another policy and the autopay did not transfer (I input my information and it was confirmed). I never received an email or a simple phone call from them for that matter. The only reason I knew about it was because I received a letter in the mail from RMV. After logging in and seeing the one month balance due, i paid promptly. I then emailed Vi and was told there is nothing he can do to reinstate or write a new policy. A simple phone call would have been nice or some type of communication to let me know. I do not live day to day and was unaware that the 100 was due because I was under the impression my autopay was set up. Ridiculous"

"I first contacted this office from Allstate about a year prior and spoke to Carlita she was very helpful... well I have to say awesome. I had a Geico and only had 6 month policy and they required I believe a year of continuous coverage. So I waited another 12 months and my Geico policy went up to $2000 a year for no reason. I called and Carlita answered unbelievable but she remembered me by name and with the same positive energy, I think only she only has. She found me a policy that fit and saved me $1000 dollars A year. I am impressed they are great. I have been a customer for about 7 months now and I am very impressed.
