"Everything was quick and easy. I was able to book online come in and pull out in less than 20 minutes with my rental the vehicle was a beautiful 2024 dodge ram rode nice and EVERYTHING. I absolutely loved it. Drop off was smooth and I can't wait until my vacation so that I can rent again!"

"We made a reservation, went to pick up the car we thought we had reserved to find they had nothing available. Wanted to give us a smaller vehicle and see about what they could do about discounting our vehicle. When asking to get a larger vehicle and pay for it they wouldn’t allow it because someone had reserved it. Keep in mind my reservation wasn’t honored in the first place and I’m in this position because of them not honoring my reservation. They have no customer service, zero problem solving skills, and I’ll never do business there again. Absolutely mind blowing, literally like the episode of Seinfeld where Jerry asks the customer service does she actually know what a reservation is."

"The Statesboro branch is a joke. I made an online reservation which was confirmed only to get a phone call the day before pick up telling me nothing was available and that online reservations are not reliable. So I asked if something was available the following Monday and was told yes. I then said that I would come Monday to pick a vehicle up, but please call me if someone cancelled and was told they would. Monday comes and I go to pick up a vehicle. Nothing is available and they lost me in the system even though I showed them the confirmation number. This office is laid back, uncaring and doesn't really care how long you wait. There may be some good reviews, but consistency in service is the true mark. Long story short I left with no vehicle and scrambling for transportation. What a lousy place to do business"

"The car I rented was not there when I arrived. The day before they called me and moved back the pick up time to a later time. Once I arrived they wanted me to wait another hour and 45 minutes. However, they did upgrade me for free after I waited 30 minutes. We were late leaving. Arrived at our destination late. And it really did create a mess, since I was going to a family reunion and I was in charge of the dinner that day."
