What was the point of making a 10am appointment if you were not going to be able to work on the vehicle until closing time. Poor time management and customer service."

They've fixed screws in our tires, mystery flats, rotated and balanced our tires, and most recently got us in same-day after we hit a mystery object on the highway and destroyed our tire.
