"Made an appointment to have my tires rotated and balanced sat there for an hour and found out they hadn’t even looked at my truck yet, told me it was going to be another hour. I asked what the appointment was even for then, she said it was just to take down your information. Horrible way to do business I told them don’t touch the tires and left."

"I specifically asked for a bumper to bumper check of my 2015 Ford Transit 350 Van. Service rep even wrote it on the ticket. I was charged around $400. I picked up the van and they did identify 3 things that I was already aware of and told them when I dropped it off. I didn’t say anything about the completely blown out control arm bushings that are a serious safety issue. Not a word was said about the bushings. The driver door latch hardly ever closes unless you slam the door real hard. Not a peep from service dept. Overall I am very disappointed with the service provided. Even though they are only 30 minutes away I won’t be taking any vehicle back to them."

"New rims and tires installed and the vehicle had a shake to it at speed, returned it and is no better, not sure what to do now, I don't want to do with our it and I know it won't get fixed in a short time, they replaced two tire's the first time and that didn't work so I didn't have much confidence in it getting fixed the second time."

"The Statesboro location has historically been weak at information sharing, in the last couple of years. However, they seem to have addressed this recently as the called us immediately upon completion of the work. Happy to see the improvement."

"Had my Ford Fusion’s engine replaced due to manufacturer defect. Process was fairy quick and smooth. Checked my fluids afterwards and I was a quart low on oil and a bit low on coolant so I ended up having to do that myself. I didn’t thoroughly check what was done until I got home and I found out that my driver side front CV axle was replaced which to my knowledge was not in need of replacement. But it seems as though it failed according to the paperwork saying that customer states that it failed which I didn’t. Nonetheless, the grease from the old cv axle was not cleaned up and was all over my brake and suspension components which I ended up cleaning up myself. Staff was courteous and friendly but I wish that they explained what work was done."
