"If I could give a zero, I would. What a joke. I tried calling this location for 2-1/2 hours the other day. We get 2 or 3 items for other businesses and different addresses every other day. Just got a slip that they missed us for a delivery. There is never less than 10 people in the building at a time."
"First and foremost they lie, stating packages were delivered to my local office for pickup and that is false information. Numerous items were not delivered when stated they were only to show up days later (at my local post office). Second their hours are trash 9am-11:30am 12:30pm-3:45pm. 5hrs and 45 min, really.. I suggest trying to avoid this dumpster fire of a location at any cost."
"My package has stated "waiting for local carrier pick up for three weeks. I tried calling the 800 number provided and waited on hold for over an hour. I finally hung up. I can't believe how bad the USPS has gotten over the years!"
"Terrible as the USPS generally is. Ordered medical supplies with priority shiping. Was notified today they were out for delivery. Then was notified they arrived back at the post office and were marked for me to come pick it up. I had to spend 30 minutes on the 800 number getting through robots before I got to a queue for another 25 minutes to get a representative. After 10 minutes after back and forth she calls this location, and they reluctantly agree to bring the package to me despite this being literally what I paid for. Both the rep at 800 and the rep at Taunton acted like they were doing me a favor by doing the job I paid them for. So infuriating it makes me want to go postal. Hah."
"Very friendly, helpful, and respectful. When one of my packages was shipped from UPS to USPS SurePost somehow there ended up with an attempted delivery to the wrong address in Attleboro. So seeing it was going to be attempted to be delivered on the next business day, I called the 1800 number waited on hold for at least 45 minutes, but they managed to get it sent from Attleboro to here in Taunton the same day. Later in the day when following up since I hadn't noticed any update in the app, I called the 1800 # again and it was very hard to get to a live person to speak with regarding this since it didn't fall into any of their pre-recorded options I finally tried whatever the fraud option was and got a live person who filed a claim for the package for me and also confirmed it was indeed in Taunton and gave me the phone number to contact them. I was shocked to get a live person to answer at 4:30 pm on a Monday who not only located my package but also pulled it for me to run down and pick it up. When I arrived I couldn't find the customer service door with a buzzer. I was called again and while speaking with the woman she said she saw me standing outside and would meet me, but my mother had to show her ID for the package, so there was a polite young man unloading his mail truck who was kind enough to help walk her to where she met the extremely helpful woman who passed the package to the young man who carried it for my mother even."
