"PSA,..NEVER I MEAN NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY A SCAM THEY ARE THEIVES THE PERSON THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO GIVE YOUR DEPOSIT BACK WHEN YOU RENT A CAR THEY TELL EVEYONE THE LIE THAT THEY ARE OUT OF TOWN THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND FOR ALMOST A MONTH SO WHEN I FINALLY WENT THERE TO GET MY DEPOSIT "THE LADY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE OUT OF TOWN" WAS SO VERY MUCH RUDE TOLD ME SHE DIDNT HAVE CASH I WASNT GOING TO GET MY MONEY AN ID HAVE TO COME BACK I INFORMED HER THAT I TOOK OFF TO COME AN WOULD HAVE TO WORK SHE WAS SO RUDE I ENDED UP CALLING THE POLICE AN THEN SHE PROCEEDED TO GIVE ONLY SOME OF MY MONEY I HAD EXPENSIVE BELONGINGS LEFT IN THERE AN DIDNT RETREIVE THEM WROST UNPROFESSIONAL RAGGEDY PLACE EVER DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!"

"Rented car for nothing it burned gas like fire wood. Returned car on a Saturday the following Wednesday they still hadn’t released because some lady was on vacation and she wouldn’t be returning until the next day. I retired the next day now they’re saying she’ll be back on Monday. After that processes I’m still not going to get my money for another 3 to 5 business days leaving me with out my deposit for more than two weeks. NEVER NEVER NEVER RENT FROM HERE. Waste of time and money! I should have been made aware of the delay before renting seeing that she was already on Vaction. I’m owed a $250 deposit"

"Worst Place To Rent A Car From. I Rented Out A Car May 15,2024. Returned It Two Days Later. Everything Was Good Only Thing I Didn’t Do Was Refuel The Tank. The First Mistake Was Her Putting The Wrong Mileage On The Paperwork. Saying The Tank Was Almost Full But Was Actually Almost On E. So I Had To Correct That. Once I Dropped The Car Off The Young Lady Let Me Know, That The Close Out Will Be On Monday If I Don’t Hear Anything From Them To Call. So That’s What I Did.!! When I Call They Say That The Lady Who Handle Close Outs Will Be Going Outta Town Soon So I Should Hear Back By The End Of The Day.. NO CALL NO NOTHING. Last Week I Called Back To Check & The Female Who Answered The Phone Said The Same Thing. So I CALLED Today & This Time She Saying She Can’t Do Anything. The Lady On Vacation & She Come Back Next Week. Mind You Next Week Will Be A Month Since I Rented & Returned The Car Back.. Never Have I Dealt With This Problem Renting A Car.. If They Do This For Rentals Imagine How It’ll Be If You Finance A Car From Them..? If It Didn’t Take Me A Month To Give You My Money Or Even Return Your Car Why Are Y’all Holding My Deposit.? If I Returned The Car Before She Went On Vacation Why Isnt Not Closed Out Why It Takes A Month .? "My son and his gf rented a car from here. It broke down. Took them all weekend without another auto. Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Monday they came and put it on rollback. My son had 2 days left on rental. This company would not give them another form of transportation would not refund them the money nor the security deposit. Very rude as well. Bad business. Will be contacting BBB on them. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THEM."

"Terrible customer service and rented us a junky car, car alarm went off repeatedly every time we got in or out of the vehicle and it also drove funky. When we went to return the vehicle nobody was at the business even tho the open sign was on. We waited 45 mins for someone to show up, even tried calling 3 diff phone numbers and they wouldn't answer."
