"Absolute worst customer service of any dealership I've ever gone to. I don't even know why they call it a "quick lane." Why even have appointments? You'll sit there for over 45 minutes and your car doesn't move. People ahead dropped their car off hours before they came back to find they didn't even start. What's their solution? To ask if you can bring it back tomorrow. Nope, won't bring it back again. Never have we come here and had our oil changed in under an hour with an appointment. "Pathetic lane" is what the sign should read. This place is exactly why automakers are going to start dealing with consumers directly. No one here is capable of doing their job. Everyone from the Manager down should be sent packing. Because of this experience a snowball has a better chance in hell then I do of purchasing anything from jc lewis again."
"This is the tire that their quick lane let my daughter leave with! Notice the 2 foot gash that was on the inside of the car. Called to speak with a manager and left message with the person who answers the phone and they still have not called. Definitely not pleased with them!"
"They need to change their name from "QUICK" lane to something else.... Eventual Lane.... Maybe Not Today Lane? Saturday work is by reservation only.... they are at half staff for half the day. I have gotten all of my car repairs done by them... bought my car from them.... going elsewhere..."
"Great place, Stopped in for an oil change and they said I needed rear brakes, which I knew I did need them so the price was right so I had them take care of oil change and rear brakes. Got to say Dona Kemp out front was awesome, she kept me updated on the progress, and was a delight to visit with."
"Initial impression perfect received an early morning Saturday appointment for 730 perfect for my work schedule arrived at 730 promptly to doors locked at 755 doors were open. I was given an estimate of about an hour for brake service I was expecting a much longer wait always trust your instinct after waiting an hour and a half I am told my brake pads had to come from Savannah big disappointment because I work at night and just got off Saturday morning I had to get home somehow being new to the area no friends for a quick ride home so I walk home 5 miles I walk back after taking a short nap I arrive back at quick lane at 1:15 to find my vehicle still on the rack now I’m really upset I asked to speak to manager and was made to feel like it was my fault I own a Volvo to wrap this review up the name does the business a huge dis-service unless you own a Ford"
