"My visit to Visionworks Towne Plaza went well and I was very pleased to see a doctor on site, my last eye appointment, at another place of business, used an eye doctor remotely and the overall experience suffered because of that situation. Also, my doctor was personable and she made me feel that my eye exam was complete and all aspects of the eye exam were completely explained, basically I felt that I was taken care of and walked out with a positive reflection regarding the entire experience. The staff was knowledgeable and guided me through the selection process of glasses, I normally use my contacts and don’t purchase glasses, so I appreciated the time given to me in making a selection that was comfortable, stylish, and within my budget. In addition, making the appointment online was easy, no long waiting, and every step of the examination through glasses and contact selection was seamless, very much appreciated the respect of my time was considered. I will definitely be back when my eye examination is up next year. I highly recommend Visionworks, very pleased with the outcome."
