"I had a cleaning and did an Xray first time at this place. Payed with the insurance and I left . 5-6 months later I got a collection letter for 82$ because my insurance didn’t pay the XRay. Not a single phone call or letter to inform me. Straight to collection ."

"Friendly staff but definitely some issues. The front desk seems to be extremely busy and over worked to handle the volume of patients, but they remain positive and welcoming. My issue is there's always a problem with the phones or I can't get my scans emailed because of a technical issue. Every time I call, I have to call a few times hoping my call with go through, either it drops, or it has some sort of automated error message. I'm not sure who's in charge of how things operate but this office is set up for failure when communication is this difficult. When it comes to having a dentist, you want someone you can rely on and trust to help you when you need it, how is that possible when you can't even reach them?"

"Receptionist was extremely helpful and pleasant to interact with. Dr. Shah and her team were very detailed and clearly explained what I needed to do to take care of my teeth and provided accurate guidance."
