"No star deserve at all..I have to give one start because there is no way I can post my review without giving star. This is worst palce to visit if you love your life and health.. worst service..worst staff inculding so called dr Patel/Kumari..I would like to share my two bad experiences: 1. My husband and I visited this dr. My husband diagnosed with high BP and high sugar that needs medication..so, one hr after our visit, I received call from CVS saying my medicines are ready to pick up. I asked them to recheck the name since it should be under my husband name. They said no it is under my name from dr Patel. I called Dr.Patel to confirm. he told it was mistake and wrote my husband medical history under my name. Being Indian I can take this mistake normally but if I follow US law then this place can be in danger. I was nice enough to not do or say anything. 2. Two weeks ago I was in impression That I had allergy (actually it was shingles). I called this damn place. They told me Dr.Patel is on vacation and if it is OK to see so called dr. Kumari. Since it was emergency I said ok no problem. On my visit I explained whole situation,pain, fever, weakness,etc... still told me it is possion ivy and gave me medicine for that. ( when I came outside Dr.Patel was there with his uniform so of course they lied to me) however second day I was in more pain and was burning like a hell.. so I called them; explained how it is feel. The great place told me that drs. does not talk with patients over the phone beside Thursday. So I requested, if I can go and see one of them or if they can prescribe different medicine. GOD knows who passed the message but after 5 mins hold, another front desk person came over the phone and told me that to them it's Passion ivy so they won't prescribe other medicine and if I want I can go to see dermatologist.. really!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is how you attend your patients..!!!!!! So, with my second experience.. 1. They lied that doctor is on vacation. 2. They didn't care to check patients situation. 3. They gave me wrong medicine. 4. Second day after giving update, they were not even ready to talk with me over the call. Its been two weeks now. I'm still going thru burning, pain. Whoever had shingles, they would know what pain and burning feel like in this situation. I could have sue this place and doctor for being such a unprofessional. In India this kind of doctors runs their clinics by counting on compounders and here in USA same kind of doctors run their clinic by counting on front desk people.. really shame on you.. I will make sure that none of my family members visit this place to put their life in danger. Please take this review seriously before deciding to assign."

"The nurse practitioner is the snobbiest most judgemental person there. She talks to me like I'm bothering her for being there. I've been going there for 6 years now. Dr. Patel asks me the same questions everytime like do you have allergies and I say no can't you look at your computer? Like he doesn't recognize me. They're all so much better than us. I bet the indian patients have no problems"

"I don't know if this is because of the pandemic but he took very little time to find out why I was there in the office. He didn't lay hands on me to double check blood pressure or my lungs. He also didn't ask how he can help me. Basically he excluded me from my own medical treatment. He can do better than thinking he knows me better than me and work with me."

"Dr Patel Doesn’t really give you time to explain yourself, he doesn’t completely listen to your explanations or symptoms, I feel without proper explanations you can’t fully understand. everyone’s body is different and based on self research and observation from my therapist and myself I try to explain what she’s managed to concise and I can’t even tell him what she has come to consider he won’t give me the time of day my visit with him are 2 minuets to less that 3 sometimes, his staff on the other end does listen and tries to hear me out and I appreciate them for that. I’m under workers comp but my paperwork never gets processed properly so I always get the bills, I’ve had quite the trouble as well trying to get faxes out from there office to see other specialist and had troubles often it’s unfortunate but this is my experience I hope you don’t go through what I have, workers comp profiles are usually this tedious and I’m aware of it after years of the trouble And frequent conversation with others as well."
