"RUDE, unprofessional & extremely low class. She was immediately judgmental because according to insurance I haven’t had a cleaning in 5 years. Not knowing I haven’t lived in MA the last 4. She gave me attitude and told me me and her “aren’t a good fit” and told me to “find another dentist. “ without even looking at me..…. I gladly will after today. She clearly hates her job"

"I was greeted with a smile upon entering the office. The waiting area was most welcoming and set a relaxing tone for a calm atmosphere. There precautionary measures for covid were excellent and one feels safe. My experience with Dr. Scannell and her staff of assistants was incredible! The professionalism, expertise, caring and most knowledgeable in the field. I was petrified of dentists, however I would refer and recommend Dr.Scannell to anyone. She works with you on payment plans and helps those in need. In my travels this Dentist is incredible with people with compassion and understanding of your needs as a patient!
