"I brought a car from them a year ago and it has been messing up since I got it. I’ve taken it to multiple mechanics in my area and they said they sole me a bad lemon. I haven’t had a radio since the 2nd moth of having it. The first month I had to replace the radiator and a hose and pay out of pocket for it because the information on my warranty was incorrect. The second time I have to put a tensioner and a belt on it which were also out of pocket cost. Then I had to replace 2 more hoses and the water pump. And still to this day I have a leak in it somewhere. The car is currently broke down and I’ve tried to calling them to just get my warranty but no one EVEEERRRR returns my call. I have kids with events and can’t even get them there and you would think they cared or would want to help out but nope I’m stuck with a $400 a month vehicle that has a warranty I can’t have access to because they don’t care."
"Test drove a car that I liked let them know the car was jerking. They said they would takes care of it. Went back to them after they said they had it looked at and it was good to go. Drove the car again, same thing jerking. Told Jeidon again about the problem. He said it was probably bad gas and to drive all the gas out and refill the tank and let him know if that solved the problem, if not, let him know. Did that, drove the car to Atlanta and it broke down on the highway. Called Jeidon and he mentioned sending a tow truck driver but ended up saying find a repair shop in Atl and let him know what they say. We did everything Jeidon asked. When we finally got the bill Jeidon and “his boss” decided that they were not helping with the bill even though they sold us a car with problems. He(Jeidon) says that he never said Trinity was going to pay anything. So why did you keep saying let me know what’s going on with the car? Oh I just wanted to know what was happening. Why do u want to know if the dealership wasn’t going to at least help with the bill? $1320 and the only thing they can say is sorry we couldn’t help you. Oh yeah, they gave me the warranty info but quickly said that if the warranty doesn’t pay then so sorry we couldn’t help."
"I know yall will flood the reviews to cover this up, that's fine, it just shows everyone how much more crooked trinity auto is! So here's my experience with this trash can of a dealership: We needed a new car so we could get my father in law back and forth to his chemo and radiation treatments, credit wasnt perfect but we did get financing, but this is where it went wrong! No advertisements on the car themselves, so when we decided on the car we wanted they told us the price, we did all paperwork, then we left with the car, in and out, seemed like a good deal! Told us it had a brand new "motor" , Test drove 3 vehicles, we went with the Nissan murano, few days after a family member who loves cars found an advertisement foe our car, ot was listed as having a brand new "motor", but this advertisement said it was 2150.00 less than what they told us! Wife called to inquire about the price change, then they lied and said, oh thats because your husband had bad credit, the finance company added more on to the price because of he didn't have good credit!!!!! Now I deal with financing all the time in my field of work, and I know that the inace company doesnt add more money on to the asking price fue to credit issues!!! So I called the finance company, they started to inquire about this, trinity tried to hid behind, one that an employee advertised it from his personal page at a lower price, then they tried to hide behind it had a new "motor"! But legally it doesn't add up!!! And so now, the price has to be adjusted to reflect the actual advertised price! See, trinity automotive group seen I made good money in my trade, and they got greedy! They wanted to tackle on some extra padding for the holidays I guess! What you didn't count on is me being smarter than you! They don't pay me good money to be dumb lol. Also, I was an engine builder for a few years, so I know the difference between an electric motor and a gas powered engine! Correct terminology in your respected field is kind of a professional courtesy. Just like, not trying to rip off the customer that decides to do business with you! Now I hope all of your financing gets taken, I'm going to follow up my complaint with the attorney generals office also and I hope they shut you down for good and make it to where no one in that office can ever get a license to sell a vehicle again!! You tried to take advantage of good people that were in a tight spot! You hid behind a fake smile and a southern draw, bless your heart! Hope that crow takes bad! May your turkey be cold and your potato salad have raisins on it foe the homidays! Sincerely one disgruntled and pissed customer! Maury werth"
"Jeidon went above and beyond to help us get into a vehicle. We did everything over the phone and he answered every single question that I had and took all 500 million of my calls when I needed him. We are very happy with our vehicle and our experience. Anytime I’m in the market for a vehicle, I will definitely be using Trinity and Jeidon!!! I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to use Trinity in Claxton!!!"
"A year later for a review....sorry. Had a great experience buying my first car here. Small issues with the vehicle but nothing to complain about. Still going strong today. However, the people I'm paying to are not reporting to my credit? Can y'all maybe help resolve? Also, I wanted to inquire about maybe trading in the car I bought for another Jeep? Great people!"
