"This store has been a disappointing trip every time I go. The cashiers are on the phone and have 0 customer service and hook up with customers while on their shift. It’s sad that Claxton has to experience such poor quality. The shelves are bare and the items are all stacked in boxes everywhere because everyone who works here is too busy with personal matters or outside smoking cigarettes and weed. Hopefully they will seek a cleaner and nicer reputation and get this store back in working order."

"Yesterday August 5th 2023 My wife and I went to this store in Hagan and were at the check out counter when my wife had looked at some receipts when the cashier came over and snached them out of my wife's hand and said that we couldn't take those receipts that were left all over the counter. There were about 6 other customers there and the cashier started actinic snobby and rude to my wife. I told the cashier to calm down and she raised her voice at me in a very rude way. She started to say that I needed to calm down and when I responded to her she told me BYE!!! Very rudely so I dropped everything I had in my hands and walked out, meanwhile she kept on SAYING BYE, BYE!! I have never been imbarrassed in my life. I have served 25 years in the Army and have never been treated this way. I'm very upset with this store and representatives. I'm going to spread the work and never shop there again. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT???"

"Great manager and employees. Always willing to help. No eye rolling. Great selection. Please fix the leaky roof. Someone could fall, get hurt and file suit. No one wants that to happen but it most definitely could. There were wet floor signs and buckets out but a busy child or elderly person could truly get hurt. I am very grateful that you are in the community. Some of these people with their reviews should try working there for a day. When you know better you do better, and they have."

"On a scale of 1-10 for customer service I give them a 8. I give them a 9 for store cleanliness & isles being clear. Shelves are usually pretty well stocked. Out of the Dollar stores here the Dollar General in Hagan is my favorite."
