"The manager is great but when it comes down to order your part you got to keep costly calling them and checking on your part to make sure your part is took into where it needs to go if you taking it to a shop and say that you got to get someone else to come pick up your part when they supposed to be shipping your part to the place where you get your car fixed at this happened to me too many times I love the manager he's good person but it's saying he's doing everything on his own no help they need new workers"

"If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I would like to say a huge thank you to JT. He went absolutely above and beyond to help me replace my car battery. I know absolutely nothing about cars, so much so that I probably have no business driving one. He went into thorough detail about the different car battery options for my car to help us find the option that would best suit my needs. At no point did I feel taken advantage of or like I was being intentionally upsold. JT also installed the car battery for me even though it was pouring rain and freezing. My battery was so heavily corroded that that my connectors weren’t budging and it took several attempts to remove it. Despite the weather conditions, JT took his time to do it right, and even educated me a little bit on the different components for next time! 1000/10 highly recommend."
