"Woody Folson has the worst service dept. We have sat in their waiting room for hours with no response. Plan on being there for 1/2 a day waiting. Today we had an appointment, and they called to confirm it the day before and when we showed up the service dept. said there was no record of an appointment. Woody Folsom the owner needs to be aware of the lack of customer service in Baxley. NO EXCUSE!!!"
"Took my car to this dealership for some recalls well ended up paying close to 450 dollars for something else that's what's wrong with my car which was fine but I'm working in Alabama so I decided I'm going to test my car out before I get on the road with it. Well I went to another town and cut the car off and it wouldn't crank back up. The lights in it were flickering, it act like it wanted to come on and then it changed his mind so I had to contact my son-in-law he had to come where I was at to look under the hood to find out to find out the battery cables are loose so I'll be taking it back to them first thing in the am to tighten them up. It's so frustrating because I was stranded and had to wait for someone to come and then now I have to go back over there to make a whole other trip for something that should have been fixed before my car left. Update today.... I let the God know what happened to my car and of course his words were what did you get somebody to tighten your battery back up and I told him no because I paid job to do it he said I was having an attitude and basically I told him I didn't care then he asked me did I bring the car with me and I told him do it look like I walked over here so he what's pissed about that too he made me wait 3 hours for a tool that he claimed they did not have at the Dodge place for a Dodge Chrysler car to tighten the battery backup they had to go get it from O'Reilly's which took them 3 hours I guess they thought it was going to make me mad because I had to wait 3 hours for them to tighten the screws up on my battery which only took 2 minutes but they didn't realize that I had all the time in the world today."
"Bought a vehicle from them 4 months ago. Was in an accident last week, car had to be towed. Apparently upon purchasing this vehicle from them the rim of the car had been jb welded and the tire pumped almost slap full of fix a flat. I know the car was purchased this way because we don’t drive it everyday, and I have NEVER put fix a flat in the tire. Tire came off the rim while driving down the interstate and put me into a guard rail. Called the dealership showed them these same pictures and explained the situation with respect. Just to be met with disrespect like it wasn’t their problem on a CERTIFIED pre owner vehicle that a rim had a crack in it that was band aided with fix a flat and jb weld. I called them and just asked them to HELP me pay for the rim repair since the rims on a 2017 Daytona Charger are not cheap. Instead they said it wasn’t their problem. I will say this much had my kids been injured in that accident I wouldn’t have been so kind. Would not recommend doing business with them ever again. You can’t put on the face of a family dealership and then say not your problem when you’ve been given evidence that this is something YOU SOLD ME. I wrecked the car because YOU SOLD ME A CAR WITH A BANDAID ON THE RIM! Then when I call to just ask for you to do the right thing you tell me to get lost. Bring your money elsewhere, they don’t care about you, just your money."
"This is a great place to buy a new car. Saw the car on line. Sent pictures of old car, discussed cash down, and payments. They beat interest rate on pre approved loan through a building and loan, then delivered car to our house one hundred miles away, and picked up trade in."
