Have had rentals that were given to me to drive that were not in the best shape. Some unanswered questions about concerns that I have. "Rented a Nissan Rogue because that’s the “ biggest vehicle” they had to offer. The same day the car was rented out, it would not start due to the key or car battery dying. The staff was notified that same afternoon, and waited until the next morning 45 minutes after they have opened to have the rental vehicle picked up from where it was broke down. Terrible rental service, and I believed no one could be worse than Enterprise, but I was clearly wrong."
