"Saturday Oct. 2, 2021 we had a water main break at 3:00 AM on Green End. Apparently a cap on an old pipe burst off, flooding the area and causing about 25 homes to be without water. The crews were working on digging up the road about 6AM that morning and by 1PM we had water while they continued to repair the road. A utility worker came to my home and personally let me know with an advisory sheet and conversation the issue of the boil water advisory. Monday morning I called to find out about the advisory and was helped by Don who tracked down the results and called me back. I thought the speed of the fix and the care of the utility workers I spoke to was really great. Thanks!"
