"I’ve been going to this location for years. I’ve probably been here 10 times. The pool is great for families but I haven’t used it. This past trip was in-between Christmas and New Years. Unfortunately, it rained every day I was up but kids were in the pool and hot tub everyday. If you’re thinking of using the tub or pool, expect loud kids. Our room was above the pool and we could hear them screaming with joy all day long. When we got to our room, there was a sticky residue on my nightstand and the bathroom floor had hair in the corner so it definitely wasn’t vacuumed. I used a Lysol wipe and it cleaned up the stickiness right away. To be honest, I think it was just residue from their cleaning products. The parking lot has small spaces but it’s well monitored and feels safe. I love how easy it is to walk to everything. I will continue to stay here."

"We have visited this location 4 or 5 years in a row. It is very close to downtown. If you are young & healthy you are within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The Newport mansions are not far and are gorgeous every holiday season, and Ocean Drive with incomparable sunsets are also close. Definitely recommend this hotel & suites. Only complaint is that the indoor hot tub is set WAY TOO HOT to the point of discomfort."

"Everything in our room was great. The indoor pool/hot tub area were very lacking. They need updated, and the indoor pool section is VERY small. Lots of kids playing in hot tub, but honestly it was more like a hot bath with no jets. It looks like it would be really nice in summer with two outdoor pools."

"We've been coming here for nearly three decades. A lot has changed since then but one thing that's consistent is the incredible staff. They work so hard to take care of guests and meet everyone's needs. We're most commonly here for Thanksgiving and we've seen many of the same members of staff over the holidays. We look forward to seeing them. Thank you all for all of your contributions and effort. You all are truly what makes this place enjoyable!"
