"look how delicious the famous pickle fries look . this was a remake and it looks even more better than the first time she handed me the bag but this in brainerd rd . pretty horrible . wouldn’t recommend getting anything from here, because how do you mess up this ?"

"I love Sonic but this location is awful. We just were there 40 minutes before they closed, waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru line (which wasn’t very long). When we got up to order they told us they didn’t feel like making anymore food for the night (even though it was still 20 minutes to close at that point). New management or something along those lines seems to be needed."

"Drive thru staff was not friendly at all. When I asked what kind of specials they had going on I immediately cut off and ask what I want on the burgers...Everything we ordered after driving about 7 minutes to our destination seemed to be premade and left under a warmer for way too long. The corn dogs were almost uneatable. Drinks were the only thing made correctly"

"I went through the drive thru and the young man that waited on me was awesome. He was very friendly and out going. The food was a different story. My tater tots were so cold and so hard that I had to throw them in the trash the neighbors dog would not even eat them. It's sad when I pay almost $12.00 for a meal and half of it is not enough eatable.At least the cheese burger was good I guess however I will not be going back there again!!"

"When I arrived, a female employee was outside talking to a friend loudly. This employee spent the entire hour running in and out of the store on their cell phone. They wore a blond wig and had their t-shirt tied in a knot at their back. Over 90% of the time when the door opened it was this same employee talking on the cell phone, talking to friends, and walking around the parking lot in a lap talking on the phone. They came in and out of the store more than the car hop did. I observed 3 separate customers pull up, place an order, and get their food while I was waiting for my food. After I had waited 30 minutes, and saw the first customer who came after me get their food, I pushed the button and asked about my food. The person who answered the speaker cut me off in mid-sentence, (interrupted) and stated my food would be right out, and that they were short-staffed. The carhop came out and told me that they didn't have any sweet or unsweet tea, and asked me to select another drink. I continued to wait and observed the car hop bring 3 more orders to other customers who arrived after I did. The carhop saw me watching and still waiting for my food and told me it should be out shortly. After I had waited over 45 minutes another employee came outside to ask me what my order was and told me that they didn't see my order on the screen. I told her what it was and she said she would take care of it. At 58 minutes I finally got my food. All of the stalls on the right side of the lot did not work.. There is peeling paint, filthy windows and looks run down. There was trash around the perimeter. Employees frequently came outside while I was there to talk to friends. The bacon was burnt. Honestly, I think the employees were busy hooking up their friends with free food, instead of trying to help paying customers!"
