"Dinner and cocktails were amazing. Our server was exceptional and extremely personable, shout out to David who is by far one of the most knowledgeable and welcoming servers I have ever had the pleasure to meet. The only reason the food was 4 stars to me was the desert. The tiramisu was sub par but I would not let that stop you from visiting this fine establishment. Overall great experience and would highly recommended. Entrees were superb as well as appetizers. I would not let my negative review of the desert stop you from visiting. Atmosphere was delightful and felt like a place I could stay and sit at for hours. Do take into account their popularity when visiting as our wait time for a party of four on a Saturday night at peak time was about an hour but for an establishment of caliber it was well worth the wait."

"The food is good, however the way they handle the wait is very bad, if you are a walk in customer it seems that you are cursed, you are never going to eat, you see people passing by and they don't care about you, it seems like a club where only related and good friends eat, I felt discriminated against by the staff and their rules, I waited on a Monday for more than an hour and a half. The worst experience in Chattanooga, if you're not from here don't go, the wait will be impossible to bear. I will never come back"

"This was my first time eating here. Great service, staff friendly and everyone worked together as a team but above. I will most definitely go back. I forgot my server name she worked the bar area where we ate at but all three ladies were amazing."

"Great place to eat! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at IL Primo and it was a great choice. The food was fresh and delicious. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu. We told him it was our anniversary and he mentioned it to the owner or manager and they brought us a glass of champagne on the house and one of our desserts was also on the house. The only downside was it was very busy and a little loud for a romantic setting but the service and food made up for that. I could definitely see why it's a popular place to go and would highly recommend."
