"I had to call in a delivery 4 times because I kept getting hung up on. The people that kept answering were very rude. I think that this will be the last time I’ll ever order from this location. More than likely I’ll be ordering from Marco’s because they at least have good customer service and people who actually speak English to understand what I am trying to order. I am beyond furious at this moment. I think that the company needs to fire everyone and hire in people that actually gives a damn about customer service."

"Placed a $63 dollar order for delivery. The order delivery estimate was 5:15 to 5:25 but the order didn't deliver until 6:23. Temperature of the food when it arrived was 112 degrees...the cheese bread and cookie was hard and dried out from sitting in a warmer or pizza bag for 1 hour before being delivered. The whole meal had to be microwaved before eating and was still subpar due to being dried out. Spend your money at Domino's or Mr. Ts pizza and avoid this kind of service."

"I ordered the large Shaquille pizza and hardly any sauce. Tried to contact store and the store would not answer the phone. The store has order takers that are not at store taking phone orders. When I asked to speak to manager all they said was that I will connect u with the store but no one answered. This location is 2700 broad street Chattanooga Tennessee"

"Driver was great, phone order was great, getting our full order...not great. Missing the sauces we requested. We even specifically told the CSR over the phone that we dislike marinara sauce and requested to replace them with different sauces. Labels clearly show what we asked for. Food was cold and hard, but thankfully we have a microwave in the hotel room. No receipt given by email, text, or in person. *Perhaps better luck when ordering carryout."

"My husband and I popped into this location on 5/10. While the service was quick (15 minute wait), the product didn’t seem to taste as good as the pizzas and wings from the Dalton, Ga store. There was very little pizza sauce, a terrible aftertaste that I can’t explain, and the clerk was unaccommadating. After scanning my card for almost $60, I asked for blue cheese instead of ranch and extra garlic sauce. For 2 large pizzas and 2 8-piece wing orders. I was given 1 of each. And with an attitude. Next time I’ll keep riding on past and give my money to another establishment. Eat at this one at your own risk."
