"Store is disorganized. Cashier talked on her phone the whole time. No bags for your items."

"Purchased a phone cord, paid for same. Clerk told me to hang on to the receipt in case it didn’t work. Tried it as soon as I got back to the car and it in fact did not work on my phone. Took it back along with receipt, all packaging and original cord. Clerk refused to refund my money claiming it was the wrong color and that it could not have come from that packaging. She gave me a replacement cord that would not work and told me I could wait an hour to see the manager. Horrible customer service."
