"The closest grocery store to Sky Valley. Shelves were not fully stocked. Minimal healthy options and pulled some moldy cheese. Nice to have the basics however if visiting."
"NOT impressed with this store. Empty shelves, limited choices, and prices higher than other grocery stores in the area. Several items (particular the beer) had no prices. I had to take several items up to the clerk to get a price check. We finally left and went to another store. Produce and meat look good. Staff was friendly and helpful."
"Conveniently located 3 miles away from River Vista campground. The produce was fresh, the store itself could use updating. the staff were super friendly and courteous. When you are the only game in town, I guess Mgmt., doesn't want to "fox it if it aint broke.""
"I would give this store zero stars if I could. We were in GA for vacation and stopped here to grab the basic staples for sandwiches and meat to grill. As we were walking the isles we noticed that some of the meat we were picking up in the deli section had an odd color so we put it back. When we got to the beef and poultry section we were shocked about the number of meat packages that were grey in color and warm to the touch. No one in their right mind would buy the meat they had sitting out. My elderly mother and I thought immediately that they must have a cooler issue and brought it to the attention of two workers in the front. They didn't even go check to see what we were talking about. So, clearly they knew there was an issue. The older gentlemen literally said "I'll just let our meat guy know when he comes". I sure hope he does because the meat we saw could kill someone. We left the store disgusted."
"I love this little grocery store. While it has a limited selection on certain items I'm used to in Atlanta, it has your staples for most things you need. We use this grocery store when we're staying up at the cabin in Sky Valley. Convenient. The thing we love most about this store is the people. So kind. We were checking out recently and the manager noticed my son's Mario hat. He talked to him about it - made the voices of the characters - and it was a cute moment. Thanks for being great!"
