"I deliver for Uber eats. I received a $35 delivery order for Church's Chicken here. The website says they close at 10:00. It's 9:30. They told me they won't make the order because they don't have any chicken up. They are cleaning up as fast as they can so they can go home, not worrying about the customers or the delivery drivers. This is ridiculous, something should be done about this."

"We've been in line for an hour bc you cant get out of the line once you are past the speaker. I thought my order was placed at the speaker, but no, my order was taken until I got to the window. Where I got my drinks and was told to pull around got here at 5:17pm left at 6:59 bc they had already taken my money and the front door was locked. They never even made my food Horrible experience"

"I did a online order and paid 74 something dollars For a family meal with exercise. The online order told me my food would be ready at 4:13 I got. There at four twenty five Thinking that my food would be ready.I tried to Go inside To get my food. And they told me. I had to go to the drop through. So I went through the drive through and told them. I had a online order gave them my name. And they told me that they would have to cook my food and I told them it was an online order. It said it was gonna be ready at this time. So how long do I have to wait? They told me that they was understaffed. They apologized and I said okay. So I wait for my food. I go in park and wait for my food about 10 minutes later.A lady comes up to me and told me that they don't have the white chicken or chicken tenders.They only had the dark chicken and I told her I've never had the dark chicken.I don't know how to taste.She told me.I can go back on the online app and get my money back.She would take my number I told her no I would just have to wait on the dark chicken.Then she goes in about 10 minutes.Later comes back out and tells me they don't have enough of the chicken to give me And I asked her. So what am I supposed to do? She said unless you want to wait for your chicken, which would be 10 minutes. It was almost an hour that I had to sit outside and wait for my food. And this is not the first time this is ever happened.This is the second time that I've spent that kind of money and this has happened to me.They tell you that thay are understand but yet you can clear Clearly see they have their doors locked. And they have 5 employees on the clock, no business. But yet we're understaffed, but you can pay the employees to sit down and be on our phones. Why customers are waiting on their food very Disappointed in church's chicken I really think that corporate office needs to start investigating. What's going on at that location?"

"So I'm seeing alot of mixed reviews but I must say I don't know if I'm catching them on good days or what but I have been to Churchs twice in the past 10 days and both times it has been hot and fresh!!! There is only 1 Churchs left in my city. It was closed down for a while and reopened and its been booming every since. The line is always wrapped around the building when I drive by. Shout out to the crew that worked the evening shift on Friday May 17th!!!! It was ALL young people working and they are the TRUTH do you hear yes all young people. They were friendly and although the line was long they handled it very well. It was so nice and pleasant to see and speak with some young people at a fast food restaurant who was nice, friendly and hardworking!!!! Good food good service gets me everytime."

"Waited 30 min. on the side of their building for an order of chicken fingers. Thought they had forgotten me, so I stopped this employee who was walking by and asked them to please check. I finally received my order. You would think that they could have given me a free drink or something for the wait!"
