East Providence Municipal Court

"Seems as though the RI General Assembly, the DOT, and the City of East Providence, along with a couple of other enterprises have a process of violating motorists constitutional rights. 1. They activate video cameras during times when excessively low speed limits should not be enforced. 2. They have an officer of the cooperation instruct the corralled in the court what evidence is only acceptable related to proof of driving record which they mandate is to be purchased by the people from only the DOT in order to be accepted by the court as evidence. 3. They schedule hearings, cancel them (mine) without notification about cancelation related to the judge not showing up but you show up, but they do not waive the fine though they defaulted. 4. Instead they reschedule you, but never informed me of a specific date. So I do not know when a second hearing will be. 5. Instead they send another citation with an added penalty fee to the fine. At this point no doubt I did not show up for the second hearing as they claim that I did not show up for the first hearing as well. 5. They refuse to accommodate a waiver in spite of my efforts that point out the reality. 6. Then when you report it all to the EP police even though you tell them where the evidence is to support what your claims are they refuse to investigate. However they are very respectable and polite."

"Giving citations using automated school zone speed enforcement systems when 4 signs for such system do NOT indicate the presence of a school zone or post a speed limit is the definition of malfeasance. What is posted adjacent to the school is a different speed limit than "sworn to and affirmed by". Are out-of-state drivers targeted with this speed trap? I have not been back to East Providence since I was "caught" by this revenue-generating scheme by the State of Rhode Island and the City of East Providence."

"Honestly I hate living in East Providence and the laws and the way they enforce them are a big reason why. The entire spirit of the United States is lost on these libyard people. The state exists by enforcing its rules, it's not about your freedom or respect for your neighbors were being a good person, but obeying the laws and the rules of the state and complying with every little manusha of law. Otherwise you pay fines keeping the state healthy and enabling them to find you more often for more manusia. This government is turning into one that China would be proud of, sucking the joy out of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness periodude of happiness. Are founding fathers who are turning their graves, stay far away from this city and this state. Go somewhere you are free."
