Is it appropriate for an organization that demands so much, financially, emotionally, time wise of a dedicated family when they feel a player is wanted.... Then to have a teenager at her most emotional and vulnerable time in her early years try out..... And not even receive notification that she didn’t make the team...... Not even a declination email , phone call or text.... She is not the only one.... Not the first .... I’m sure not the last..... Great way to install professionalism, respect, honesty, and good values..... Not even the decency to tell a young lady she didn’t make the team that she has been an integral part of..... No, she watched everyone else celebrate their achievement and was left wondering what was wrong with her.... A simple message from the organization would of been professional.... Way to go bayside..... Parents beware.... Yes not all make it .... But have professional courtesy...."
