"I am black and I had many racist encounters at this location but I still have to come there unfortunately because I live in the neighborhood. I went in at 9am I ordered a cake with cupcakes and the baker associate was so rude and dismissive towards me , she kept telling me there was things that couldn’t be done and it was too late , she never offered me to see any options I know I may have had, I had to look at the cakes that were already on display to see what I like. I came back at 4pm to cancel because I’m tired of being treated like I’m not human and have feelings as well ! And guess what there was a whole new set of cakes with new designs from the same baker! I hope the mangers does better and teach the staff that not all black people are bad ! Im not stealing either, so I shouldn’t be followed around the store and literally watched at self check out while everyone else gets to be at self checkout with no issues"

"Horrible 8:00 pm 12/9 i waited at customer service for 10 min no one someone was at the self checkout also waiting for help very rude rep didnt speak wouldve walked right pass me had i not said hey i need help and he said he could not help me with something i had help with 3 days prior"

"My cashier was literally on drugs not paying attention and made me bag all my own groceries while they sat there in space. Then walking to my car an older woman asked me to walk her to her car because there where no lights on in the parking lot at 7:30 at night and there where alot of people at the bus stop being loud and she was scared."
