"We went yesterday to Tumi outlet in Wrentham Village outlet. I am a loyal customer to Tumi and I thought since it is black Friday, I will take advantage of the deals 1there and buy my husband a Backpack. The old lady who was managing the store was super rude and disrespectful. She was ordering us to put everything back to.place amd not.to.touch anything. Also, when we were asking her questions, she will reply very rudely. My advice here is , if you were to run a high end store, better hire friendly people with a smile on their face who can actually sell."

"I walked in here because I love Tumi, however, the two employees on the floor were nothing but rude. There were two men of colors who were in the store, and when they were walking away - one of the employee quickly said, "what is that awful smell?" and not only that, she used her shirt to cover her nose and made a scene. Unprofessional! She said it more than once, while the other shoppers were in the store. It was very, very rude and just so unprofessional from such a higher end retail store. Shoppers could be from anywhere, and with the hot weather - there could be body odors, but don't need to be so rude about it, it makes the other shoppers like me so uncomfortable. As we were checking out with what we were buying, the employee who was the cashier was also not nice. I felt as if she was annoyed in general. Unprofessional employees!"
