"I was just in here today, 5/23 at 3:30PM. I went in with my seizure alert and response service dog. I had to leave the store because every single employee was staring so hard at my dog and I. I have never experienced such blatant disrespect from staff. Of course I expect some looks with having a service dog, but these employees literally blocked my path and stood there as I was looking at clothes to stare at me. One older woman at the end of my trip was the worst and was the last straw for me to leave. She had white hair and continued to stare at my dog even after I had obviously tried to get her attention off multiple times. I didn’t finish my shopping, I told the person I was with that we needed to leave because I felt so uncomfortable. I’d like to reiterate that I get a lot of stares, but it has never been so bad that I’ve actually taken the time to write a review about it. I hope something is said to these staff members about basic human decency."

"Worse experience ever. I went in dressed in stretch pants and a sweatshirt. My outfit matched the hurricane rains. The associate was extremely rude. I won’t return. Perhaps you didn’t think my appearance fit your clientele. Shame on you."

"I had the best experience shopping at the LOFT Outlet at the Wrentham Outlets! All of the woman working there were so encouraging and helpful! I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in (a leopard coat) and Kathleen was eager to compliment me as I tried on the coat, making me that much more excited to buy it. She also steered me in the right direction for getting the amazing deal by opening a card to get a large percentage off of my purchase! Connie, the store manager was wonderful and super efficient and quick in getting me set up with the rewards card. Kathleen continued to be helpful as I tried on the coat and made sure I was going with the right size. It all worked out perfectly and I'm so thankful for Kathleen's & Connie's help!!"

"Great affordable place for casual and semi formal attire. Elegant items with a lot of size and height options. I went in expecting to get a skirt and a top and ended up with a full trolley. I typically get one size smaller than in other usual shops(smart marketing). Staff are friendly. When on sale it can get crowded but the prices are really worth it and checkout is fast."
