"I had exceptional customer service from Nick during a visit with my son yesterday. With Nick's help we tried on many pairs of work shoes; however they didn't fit as well as a pair we had gotten a year and a half ago that was not in the store any more. Nick took the time to find the model # of the shoe, call another store to check on stock, and set them up to be shipped to us. Best customer service I've had in a long time--thank you!"
