"Just call tmobile for anything you need because that's all this non corporate store will do anyway. Went to have a warranty done, they said call tmobile, watched a guy try to get home internet, the store called tmobile to hook it up something the customer could have done on their own. Non corporate stores just serve to charge you fees this one is no exception. Need a charger go here to get overcharged."
"Some people just need to understand that there are certain things that can get done inside the store like the reps tell them. Instead they get an attitude and don’t wanna listen to anything they say. Hats off to those reps working in the store for keeping their composure and being able to finish their jobs. I also love my new 15 pro max"
"Went in to buy a cheap smart phone for my kid. Of course they only have Samsung and Apple phones in stock, and the dude working tries to talk me into opening another line to get some $800+ Samsung. So I have to pay $10 a month for a line I don’t need, and $19 a month for insurance for this expensive phone, all to get this “promo”. Never did actually tell me the final cost of the phone would be. We left and I ordered the phone I wanted online. All for $16 a month (that’s $384 total) including the insurance. It’s totally ridiculous that he didn’t listen to a word I said about what I wanted for my kid. I’m assuming they get some sort of commission for the phones they sell, but when I tell you I’m not spending $800+ for a phone for an 11 year old, trying to get me to sign on for $37 a month (that’s $888 total) isn’t reasonable."
"Stay away from this location. The girl who opened the store & was working on the morning of 4/24/24 was not trained nor knowledgeable about phones. We had a problem turning on a phone (that we previously purchased from that very store) that had completely blacked out the night before. The very next morning we took it to this Tmobile location to have it looked at and instead of the girl looking at the phone trying to work on it to at least try to see what the problem was, she was dismissive telling us we have to take the phone to a tech support store to have them look at it. She didn't even look at the phone or attempt to help us or to see what the problem was!!! Needless to say I was pissed! What's the point of her even being there if she doesn't do anything? She was completely useless taking up space and should not be working there. After leaving TMobile we went to Verizon (even though we don't have a Verizon phone or Verizon service) in hopes that someone could help us. When we went to Verizon the associate immediately looked at the phone, pressed a button and had it working correctly!! All in a matter of seconds! Now that is customer service!!!! The amazing customer service and quickness to solve the small problem we had is what prompted us to switch our phone service to Verizon. As long as TMobile has inadequate and incompetent employees working there, I refuse to step foot at this location again. The girl who was working at Tmobile on the morning of 4/24/24 should be fired. She should not be working there!"
"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by “Eric” He was very rude, condescending and uncaring. Took advantage of our military son when trying to upgrade his phone and sold him extra items “told him free” that was not needed. When talking to T-Mobile customer service about the incident, they tried to take care of Eric’s mess. However when our son took back the unnecessary/unwanted items Eric was not only rude but also charged a restocking fee that was not mentioned. I even tried to call the store and was rudely told that he didnt have to talk with me since I was not in the store. Currently dealing with the main TMobile customer care on this issue and would not recommend the store especially service offered by Eric."
