He really thinks he's better and knows more than everyone else. I couldn't wait to get out of there and never speak to him again. Needless to say my problem didn't get fixed because I couldn't stand being there for more than two minutes. No one that stuck-up should be at the front desk taking customers; great way to lose business. Stay far away from this shop."
