"I didn't use the service they provide because they wanted to charge me $100 extra just to keep my babies ashes. For a company to try to make money off of people's pain and grief is just evil corruption."
"Horrible experience, my husband took our beloved Frenchie to this crematory. He was informed by what he felt was the vets wife in a flippant manner the crematory was a birthday gift to her. She then stated did he want her ashes and related the incinerator held seven to eight dogs at a time. He was told to drive to the back. A male in Scrubs began unwrapping her blanket while starting the incinerator in his presence. Soaaappallingaappallingappallinappalling I'll let you"
"Earlier this month I had to put down my dog Biscuit without any warning. Thankfully I called Wiregrass Pet Cremation and they were able to accept him the same day. The ladies at the front desk was so supportive as I was an emotional wreck. Everything was so easy and when I picked up my dogs ashes everyone was just as helpful."
